    想要尝试有咀嚼感又要有巧克力的饼干,一定要尝试这款燕麦葡萄干巧克力曲奇。一口咬下不止有燕麦香气,也有葡萄干的嚼劲呢。

    Step 1

    葡萄干泡热水至软,沥干备用。Soak the raisins in hot water and set aside.

    Step 2

    取一大碗,将低筋面粉、泡打粉、肉桂粉和盐混合备用。In a large bowl, combine together cake flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Set aside.

    Step 3

    将Echte Boter无盐牛油、玛琪琳和糖放入Khind立式搅拌器搅拌均匀,再加入蛋黄打发混合均匀。Cream the Echte Boter Unsalted butter, margarine and sugar into Khind Stand Mixer until well combined. Add in egg yolk and beat till well incorporated.

    Step 4

    加入面粉,以低速搅拌均匀。把沥干的葡萄干、燕麦和Cottura巧克力块放入面团,以刮刀手动将所有材料搅拌均匀。Stir in the flour mixture on lowest speed. Drain and dry the raisin, with a spatula, stir the oats, raisin and chopped Cottura chocolate bar into the dough.

    Step 5

    准备好面团后,分成每团15克,放在烘焙纸上,用两根手指稍微压平。Once the dough is ready, pinch small chunk of 15g and drop on the baking paper. Then flatten it by pressing lightly with two fingers.

    Step 6

    放入Khind电子烤箱,以160℃烤25至30分钟,或变成金黄色即可。Baked in Khind Electric Oven 25-30 minutes at 160℃ or until golden brown.
